Since the very date of it's inception, we are rendering our service devotedly to our clients basically in the field of Criminal Law, Family Law, Foreigners Matters, Writ and Appeal Matters in the Gauhati High Court. We also feel proud to give free legal service and legal advice to the poor people who are deprived from justice due to their poor economic condition.
By integrated practice in the Gauhati High Court since 2007, Mr. Islam acquired lots of sweet and extra-ordinary experiences that led him to firmly believe that without an independent chamber cum office, it's almost impossible to serve the clients devotedly to the extent they are entitled for. Moreover, building up of one's own office on his own legs is always appraisable. "Jahid & Lawyers" is the just result of such an effort which is cordially devoted to the name of it's clients with a mission to justice for people, justice for all.
During the course of regular practice in the Gauhati High Court as well as in other subordinate courts and tribunals, we have also confronted with different kinds of facts and incidents, resultantly we gathered lots of experience- funny or serious, sweet or bitter. We understand, those are parts of legal practice. Since practice is an ongoing process, we are sure to have such experiences in the up coming days also. We always like to enjoy those experiences in order to make our practice free and enjoyable. Therefore, we have decided to share our experiences in the form of story based on real facts along with a massage of law. We will share our experiences with the people in order to make the laws more understandable. We feel, misunderstanding or ignorance of law gives rise to some unwarranted legal crisis which could otherwise be prevented or avoided or tackled with by the legal awareness only. it is therefore, enhancement of legal awareness is also one of our motto. Since we have now arrived in the digital era, there is none other stronger platform than a website or blog or any social media for sharing the thoughts and experiences. Hence this blog.
We are aware of the fact that the profession of law is a noble & highly dignified profession. It's governed by the Advocates Act, 1961 and the Rules framed thereunder in India. In order to maintain it's high dignity, no kind of advertisement is permitted to promote this profession. As such, in compliance to the provisions of said Advocates Act, 1961 and the Rules thereunder, we don't indulge in any advertisement in relation to our profession and/or never solicit any work from the clients in any form or manner directly or indirectly. However we will feel glad to share our knowledge and experience with readers or visitors of this Blog and provide free legal advice or solution to their issues.
